1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TapUI, operated by Mentign Ltd. (the Service), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

TapUI is a SaaS platform that uses artificial intelligence to generate and refine mobile app screen designs from text prompts and optional reference images. The Service supports project history and design exports, including Figma, HTML, and image-based handoff. It does not export React Native, Swift, or Flutter code.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription and Payment

TapUI offers subscription-based access to the Service. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly, depending on your selected plan).

Refund Policy

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds as costs incurred for generating AI images are incurred as soon as a generation runs. Our upstream providers do not allow us to request refunds for the AI processing used to generate your app screen designs. This would make it a loss-making endeavour for us.

By subscribing to the Service, you acknowledge and agree to waive your right to a refund for this reason. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided for the current billing period.

5. Content Ownership

You retain your rights in the prompts, reference images, and other content you submit to the Service. Subject to applicable law and third-party rights, we do not claim ownership of the generated design output created for your projects.

By submitting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process it solely to provide, secure, and improve the Service.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload, create, or distribute illegal content or content that violates applicable laws
• Submit prompts, images, or other content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, privacy, or other rights
• Use automated systems, bots, scrapers, or similar tools to access or interact with the Service
• Attempt to exploit, abuse, or circumvent any limitations of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
• Share your account credentials or allow others to access your account

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your account without refund.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TapUI and Mentign Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided as is and as available without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that AI-generated app screen designs will meet your specific requirements or expectations, or that results will be accurate, reliable, or error-free.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the Last updated date. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
